Joseph is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with successful ventures across East Africa, including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and South Sudan. His companies operate in Hospitality & Tourism, Trading, Construction, Real Estate, and Energy, and are recognized among the main suppliers to United Nations agencies in the region. His business acumen and strategic leadership play a key role in driving Wiinroots Adventures toward global expansion.
Kenneth Kimutai – Managing Director
Kenneth brings extensive experience in the tours and travel industry, having worked with several leading tour operators across Kenya and Tanzania, including international travel brands. Starting his career as a Tours and Travel Consultant, he rose through various management positions, gaining valuable expertise in safari planning, operations, and client experience management.

Brian Kipchirchir
Transport & Logistics Manager.
Brian Kipchirchir is an experienced Transport and Logistics Manager who began his career in 2017 after graduating from the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor’s degree in Project Planning and Management. Over the years, he has gained extensive expertise in fleet coordination, logistics planning, and transport operations. Brian has worked with renowned hospitality brands including Lake Nakuru Lodge, Sarova Hotels, and The Safari Collection, the group that owns the iconic Giraffe Manor. His strong organizational skills, commitment to efficiency, and deep understanding of the tourism and hospitality sector make him a valuable asset in ensuring seamless transport and logistics operations.
Tour Guides & Drivers
Our team is made up of English, Chinese, Spanish, and French-speaking tour guides, all of whom have undergone formal training and are certified by the Tourism Regulatory Authority. All our guides are Gold members, except those currently in internship or training programs , who are always accompanied by experienced guides or drivers.
