Wiinroots Adventures – Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations & Payments

A 30% deposit is required upon booking to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due 60 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment. Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

2.   Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing. Charges apply as follows:

• 30+ days before tour: 5% Booking Fee
• 15–29 days: 30% fee
• 7–14 days: 50% fee
• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% fee

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 14 business days of written confirmation.

3.   Amendments

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees.

4.   Liability

Wiinroots Adventures acts only as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third parties, natural events, or government actions. Participation is at the client’s own risk.

5.   Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics). Efforts will be made to reschedule or offer alternatives.

6.   Governing Law & Acceptance

These Terms are governed by Kenyan law. By confirming a booking and making payment, clients acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
